Morgan Housel, the author of The Psychology of Money, says “If you have an idea but think “someone has already written that” just remember there are 1,010 published biographies of Winston Churchill.”
So yeah there may have been 10,000 articles written on SMART goals, and forming new habits but your article is unique to you and the research you do.
And you can make your article even more unique by looking through the history of SMART goals and forming habits and updating the history for today’s readers.
Don’t let needing to be original stop you from creating content.
