Our Internet consumption has gone up, since the start of the pandemic. We’re creating more content and consuming more content. We’re on 24/7 and it’s becoming too much.

We are connecting and networking with so many people now that we’re losing the connection that matters most. The connection we have with ourselves.

It’s time to unplug.

And get back in tune with ourselves.

It’s time to unplug because we’re in danger.

In danger of burning out from the internet. In danger of reaching the point where we look at the internet as being a curse instead of a blessing or a gift. Let’s pull back and take a break before we reach burnout.

We need calmness. We need peace of mind, and we can’t get that from endless scrolling Instagram.

We can’t connect with ourselves if we’re too plugged in to the internet.

Breathe.

Most of us have a habit to wake up in the morning and check our social feeds, or emails to see what we missed.

Let me tell you a secret.

You haven’t missed anything.

And you won’t miss anything if you take a break.
