Those writers have been knocked off their pedestal.
And since they aren’t winning any more on the platform they’re leaving and trying to take you with them.
They are telling you newsbreak is the new promise land. They are telling you Vocal.Media is paying the highest. They are telling you substack is where it’s at.
These claims might be true and many writers will follow them.
But I won’t.
And before you decide to follow them out the door.
Hear me out.
Most of the writers complaining and leaving have a large following like 5k, 11k, or 100k.
And when people see these writers are leaving. They decided to leave too.
